- phong sec school was eastablish in early years after independence of India when sikkim was a separate kingdomi itself, in the year 1949 as a committee run school which was later recognised by the government of sikkim in the year 1962. through its journey till date the school has rendered service to humanity by educating the society and has been doing so to produce responsible citizens besides making them self relient and competent enough to shoulder the cause of humanity whenever the time and the situation demands.
